Prices

At YouCan, all prices are listed in euros and dkk. Prices include VAT and applicable taxes. We reserve the right to adjust prices without prior notice. We make reservations for sold-out products and pricing errors.

 

Terms of Payment

YouCan accepts payment by VISA/Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, PayPal, MobilePay, and bank transfer. Your payment will only be charged when the item is shipped. All amounts are in Danish Kroner (DKK), inclusive of VAT. We reserve the right to make corrections for pricing errors and discontinued items.

 

Delivery

GLS – Parcel Shop:

Delivery within 1–3 business days after order confirmation. We ship via GLS to a parcel shop or business address.
Shipping cost is shown during checkout. Free shipping on orders over €95.
For delivery to islands without a bridge connection, delivery is made to the port of shipment.

Important: If the package is visibly damaged during transport, please refuse delivery. If accepted without reservations, you will be held liable for any damages.

Cash on delivery is not accepted.

GLS – Home Delivery:

Delivery within 1–3 business days after order confirmation. We ship via GLS.
Shipping fee: €11 regardless of order size.
For islands without bridge access, delivery is made to the port of shipment.
The shipping fee is non-refundable in case of return.

Important: If the package is visibly damaged during transport, please refuse delivery. If accepted without reservations, you will be held liable for any damages.

Cash on delivery is not accepted.

 

Warranty

You have up to 2 years of warranty in accordance with Danish consumer law, covering manufacturing and material defects. Depending on the case, you may be eligible for repair, replacement, a refund, or a price reduction.

Warranty does not cover misuse or damage caused by incorrect handling.

Shipping costs related to warranty claims are covered by us to a reasonable extent.

 

Right of Withdrawal

You have 14 days of full right of withdrawal for items purchased from our webshop, starting from the day you:

  • Receive your order

  • Receive the final part of a split shipment

  • Receive the first product in a subscription delivery

You must notify us via email at Info@youcanofficial.dk within the 14-day window. You will then receive a return label and must return the item(s) within 14 days of receiving it.

Return shipping cost (€59) will be deducted from your refund.

You cannot withdraw by simply refusing to accept the package without clear notice.

 

Return Policy

Returned items must be shipped back no later than 14 days after receiving our return label.

  • Always wait for our confirmation and use only the provided return label.

  • If you use another method, we will not cover return costs.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Do not remove labels.

  • Improperly returned items may result in a 30% deduction from the refund.

  • Attach the return label to the outer shipping box, not the product packaging.

If a free gift was included in your order, it must also be returned. Otherwise, its value will be deducted from your refund.

 

Item Condition Upon Return

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the items—i.e., as if trying them in a physical store.

If the product is used beyond this, a partial or no refund may be issued based on the condition. Items must be returned with labels intact and in original packaging. Failure to comply may result in a 30% deduction.

Refund

If you withdraw your purchase, you will be refunded the full amount paid (minus return shipping and any applicable deductions for damage or missing gifts).

Refunds are made using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
We may withhold the refund until the returned item is received or you provide documentation of return.

You can also send your bank account details (registration and account number) via email for a direct transfer. This is not considered sensitive personal information.

 

Personal Data (GDPR)

We collect the following to process your order:

  • Name

  • Address

  • Phone number

  • Email address

  • Purchase history

Personal data is stored for five years and then deleted.
It is not encrypted or shared with third parties. You have the right to request access, correction, or deletion.
